Hi, I’m Will Tedrow, Ph.D.
I am a facilitator, leadership coach, and workforce strategist.
I’m on a mission to transform work into a source of fulfillment and joy so people can make a greater impact in their community. In 2022, I launched Will Tedrow Consulting as a platform to help health and human services organizations solve their workforce challenges while improving the well-being of their workforce. From people strategies and analytics to leadership coaching and development, I partner with organizations to invest in their people to build healthier communities.
Some mistakes are too fun to make only once. At least, that’s what I learned when I earned a Ph.D. in Psychology and an MA in Organizational Leadership. My research has focused on how organizations can reduce workplace stress or burnout and drive purpose and fulfillment. Unfortunately, one size does not fit all. That’s why my research also includes understanding how different identities, values, and beliefs from the workforce can interact with organizational strategies.
I grew up professionally in health and human services organizations –from a case manager, mentor, and direct care worker to a HR Director for a multisite mental health system. Through this experience, I received local and international recognition for developing innovative people programs that improved engagement, well-being, and reduced turnover.
I’ll be honest; I can get a little obsessed about travel. I love daydreaming with my partner, Ben, about the next great adventure we will tackle. Our trips always center around local food that helps us learn about the culture while finding some experiences to push us out of our comfort zone. One of the best moments of any trip is when we come home to our two dogs, Bruce and Arthur, who can’t contain their excitement to see us again.
